Refund Policy

We want you to love your Daisy Pouch®—but we get it, sometimes things just don’t work out. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund within 21 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make the process smooth and fair for everyone!

Here’s How It Works:

Refunds must be requested within 21 days of the delivery date.

Due to the personal nature of our product, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking and inspection fee.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

If returned items show signs of use, damage, or are otherwise deemed non-returnable, we reserve the right to decline the refund or offer a partial refund based on the condition.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at daisycareus@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with next steps and a return shipping address.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank.
